Presentation
As part of the EXIST-Potentiale project, funded by the BMWK, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences is currently working on a digital platform to support founders, especially start-ups. The strategy, measures and support services are summarised under the new brand YUBIZZ. At the heart of this is an innovative points management system: start-up teams are encouraged to acquire points credits by participating in events, which they can use for support services, e.g. consulting. Start-up support at the h_da is thus free of charge, but not for nothing. In addition, the Career Center receives valuable insights into which offers are used and can successively improve and expand the offer.
The technical implementation was deliberately designed as an open source development based on Typo3. In addition, the development will be made available to other universities after completion. The frontend, which includes the new brand identity, the backend implementations of user profiles, services, foundation projects and the level system as well as the points management are shown.
