Public institutions are required by law to offer their websites barrier-free. Technically, the software code can be optimised for accessibility and test tools can evaluate this.
But what happens with requirements for which an editor is responsible independently of the system? How can the editorial team be supported? How do I create a lasting awareness even beyond GoLive?
And what is the objective? To "fulfil" the legal requirement or to basically provide barrier-free access?
